I’m Krystal Alston, the Lead Designer and CEO of Rose & Sage Decor. Creativity has always been at the heart of who I am—whether through art, design, or bringing visions to life. My journey into floral design began in 2022 as I designed my own wedding. Coordinating blooms with intricate color palettes, textures, and styles sparked a passion I couldn’t ignore.
From that moment, I knew this was more than a hobby—it was a calling.
